Agreement and scope
By using ProjectMeter, you agree to these terms. The service provides home-project calculators, checklists and educational planning content. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Planning estimates
Calculations depend on the dimensions, assumptions and prices entered or selected. You are responsible for verifying measurements, package coverage, quantities, availability, site conditions and the final purchase with current product information and the appropriate supplier or professional.
No professional relationship
Using the site does not create an architect, engineer, contractor, inspector, lawyer or other professional relationship. Content is not a permit, specification, certification or guarantee that work is safe, code-compliant or suitable for a particular property.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful personal or internal business planning. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, overload the service, misrepresent an estimate as certified advice or republish substantial site content as your own service.
Saved information
Projects, preferences and checklist progress may be stored in the browser on your device. You are responsible for keeping any separate records needed for purchasing, contracts, warranties or regulatory purposes. Browser storage may be removed by device settings or private-browsing behavior.
Third-party sources and services
ProjectMeter links to external product, agency and technical sources. Their availability, content and practices are outside our control. A link supports context; it is not an endorsement or a promise that the external page will remain unchanged.
Availability and changes
Features, formulas and content may be corrected, updated or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be found before use. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated review date.
